Photos and Images

When you use our app to generate stickers, you may upload photos from your device. We collect and store these photos to:

• Generate your custom stickers
• Process your requests through our AI service
• Store your generated stickers for your use

• Guest Users: We create an anonymous account linked to your device ID
• Authenticated Users: If you sign in with Apple, we collect your Apple user ID and email (if provided)
• We do not collect your name or other personal information unless you provide it

Usage Data

• Sticker generation requests and results
• Purchase transactions (for subscription and credit purchases)
• App usage patterns (to improve our service)

How We Use Your Information

Primary Uses

• Sticker Generation: Your photos are processed by our AI service to create your custom stickers
• Service Delivery: We store your generated stickers so you can access them across devices
• Account Management: We maintain your account, credits, and subscription status

Improvement and Development (Opt-Out Available)

We may use your photos and related data to:

• Fix bugs and issues when you report problems
• Improve our AI models and generation quality
• Develop new features and enhance the service

You can opt out of this use at any time by contacting us. If you opt out, we will not use your photos for improvement purposes going forward.

We retain the flexibility to use your data for these purposes, but you always have the right to opt out or request deletion.

Data Storage and Retention

Photo Storage

• Your uploaded photos are stored securely in our cloud storage
• Photos are retained for at least 30 days to allow for bug fixes and issue resolution
• After 30 days, you can request deletion of your photos at any time
• Generated stickers are stored until you delete them or your account is deleted

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via email (see below).

When you request deletion:

• We will delete your photos within 30 days of your request
• Generated stickers will be deleted
• Account information will be removed
• Some data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes (e.g., purchase records)

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Service Providers

• AI Processing: Your photos are sent to Google's Gemini API for sticker generation. Google processes your images according to their privacy policy.
• Cloud Storage: We use Supabase for secure data storage
• Payment Processing: Apple processes your in-app purchases according to their privacy policy

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your data (subject to 30-day retention period for bug fixes)
• Opt out of using your data for improvement/training purposes
• Export your data (generated stickers)

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

• Photos and data are encrypted in transit and at rest
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel
• We use secure cloud storage with industry-standard security practices

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Apple Sign In

When you sign in with Apple, Apple provides us with your Apple user ID and optionally your email. We use this information to:

• Link your purchases and credits to your account
• Enable cross-device access to your stickers
• Restore purchases across devices

In-App Purchases
